Positions: Server and Front of House Support
 
 
As a key contributor to our front-of-house team, you will:
 
 Front of house team Support responsibilities:
 
 
  • Craft Artisanal Beverages: Showcase your barista expertise by crafting a diverse range of beverages, from classic favorites to innovative creations, ensuring each cup delights the senses.
  • Warmly Welcome Guests: Embrace your role as a gracious greeter, extending a warm welcome to every guest and creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their visit.
  • Provide Outstanding Guest Assistance: Proactively assist guests with their inquiries, offering menu insights, recommendations, and a genuine eagerness to make their visit exceptional.
  • Efficiently Seat Patrons: Manage seating arrangements with finesse, optimizing table turnover and ensuring a smooth transition for guests from arrival to their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with Servers: Work seamlessly with our server team to support their efforts, from preparing tables to assisting with guest needs, contributing to an efficient and cohesive dining service.
  • Nurture a Welcoming Environment: Play an active role in maintaining the ambiance of our restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a warm atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality.

Server/Waitstaff Responsibilities:
 
  • responsible for greeting guests and guiding the customers through the various phases of service. 
  • Delivering Food and beverage to guests in a timely matter. 
  • Knowledge of menu Items and ability to assist guests in making decisions. 
  • Cleaning & taking care of one’s sections, as well as assisting others when able.
  • Careful and correct handling of money.
  • Carry out opening and closing duties in a timely manner.


 Qualifications:
 


  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but a positive attitude and a dedication to delivering exceptional service are equally valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with diverse groups of guests.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences and a genuine enthusiasm for our culinary offerings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with precision while upholding our high standards.
  • Server positions must require a minimum of 1-year previous serving experience in a dine-in-restaurant model.  
  • Must be available weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
