Full Time • Whistling Kettle-Ballston Spa
The Whistling Kettle just celebrated 19years as the Captial Region's Premiere tea destination, and we have won 'Best Tea Shop' multiple years in a row. We are seeking motivated, detail oriented and customer service focused individuals to join our management team and spread the word on tea! You'll be in regular contact with founders to help support you in any way possible!

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening / Closing Store
  • Maintaining physical store appearance
  • Ordering and inventory 
  • Following our detailed training guides to ensure team members follow our policies and procedures
  • Recruiting / Training and supporting team members
  • Ensuring that we give top notch customer service ALWAYS!

Qualified candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience managing staff in a retail / restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to travel to our other locations if needed (Ballston Spa, Troy, Schenectady)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office or similar applications
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Communication skills
  • Weekend availability a must

While weekends are generally required, our hours are family friendly with last seating at 6pm, so you won't have to stay super late!

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
