Through our personal touch, we have grown a reputation for providing outstanding service, both in-store and online. In April 2022 we moved to a new location that will allow us to continue our on-line and wholesale growth. We are seeking an individual who is looking to build and develop practical skills and be a part of our next chapter. This is an incredible opportunity to learn many facets of sales/marketing from the ground up - as we are slated to perform numerous system upgrades in 2022.

Goal oriented, eager to learn many new things, organized and able to manage time efficiently
Excellent communication, task management and problem-solving skills needed.
This position is a supporting role for projects related to digital marketing, sales and customer service.

Individuals who apply should be comfortable with technology and have some experience with **at least one** of the packages below:

Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
E-mail marketing suites
Some Graphic Design or Content Design
E-commerce
Retail/office experience

Job Summary

Customer Service support via phone, live chat and e-mail using various cloud-based e-commerce and inventory applications.
Support in developing our wholesale business line by reaching out to local businesses and helping to implement a tea program.
Support and build positive brand relationships with our growing affiliate marketing presence and wholesale accounts.
The e-commerce sales and marketing associate is also responsible for working with leadership in executing the Brand Strategy, support our social media efforts, E-mail Marketing, Blog/SEO Optimization, & website updates

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service / Retail Sales

Live chat and phone support during business hours to answer questions, phone sales or troubleshoot any customer concerns
Maintain our ticket-based system to respond to customer questions/requests in a timely manner
Writing up invoices, invoicing customers, managing special orders

2. Wholesale sales

Work with existing clients to manage and support their needs
With guidance, develop new customers by reaching out to potential leads
Maintain relationships with wholesale customers
Execute account acquisition and sales strategies

3. Marketing

Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver our weekly e-mail newsletter
Develop and update blog posts with the latest search trends
Assist with creatives as needed, including website updates

4. Fulfillment (during peak seasons)

Providing seasonal warehouse support in terms of picking or packing items appropriately

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
